I believe that to teach effectively we must create an inclusive classroom where all students can thrive and construct their own knowldge. I utilize scientific teaching and active learning practices to achieve maximum learning gains for my students. Additionally, I incorporate primary research into the classroom to create Course Based Undergraduate Research Experiences (CUREs),
